House Czorsztyn TOP View 1.  is a new,semi-detached house, luxurious apartment designed and made for the discerning guests who value space, comfort and quality at the highest level. The spaciousness, colors and quality of the materials used define the style and the highest class.

An unquestionable advantage of the apartment is its terrace: sunny, spacious and covered, from which we can admire the Czorsztyn Lake with the panorama of the Tatra Mountains. A apartment has a private sauna.

In 2024, construction works are taking place around the houses.

The apartment also has a fireplace, which gives a nice and warm atmosphere in the long, winter evenings, but not only.
It is a great base for hiking and skiing enthusiasts: Kluszkowce-Czorsztyn Ski, Polana Sosny Ski, nearby is also a ski complex in Białka Tatrzańska.

In summer, we invite you for fishing and sailing - there are eight marinas. It is also possible to charter a yacht. Numerous water equipment rentals, a beach, a windsurfing and rafting school and cruise cruises are available in the region's rich tourist offer.

Nearby there are well-prepared rope parks (Ablandia), bicycle routes: around the Czorsztyn lake as well as in Slovakia together with the famous Red Monastery and the historic church in Dębno. From Sromowce Kąty we can take advantage of rafting on the Dunajec gorge located in the picturesque Pieniny National Park: Trzy Korony, Sokolica, Czertezik, Lubań, Wąwóz Homole adapted for disabled tourists and prams. We invite you to visit: the ruins of the castle in Czorsztyn, the castle in Niedzica, the Czorsztyn settlement - a tourist museum with a complex of old villas and guesthouses. There is a toboggan run at the top of Wdżar, a gravity slide at Palenica, paragliding and horse riding routes.


The house is for 6-8 people and consists of:

• a open living room with a duble sofabed, satellite TV and a fireplace and exit to a spacious balcony with garden furniture
• a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven and a large fridge with a three-drawer freezer compartment and an espresso machine for coffee beans, and  a pantry
•  dining area: table with chairs
• an additional toilet with a wash basin

 
1 Floor:

• first closed bedroom with a double bed, a chest of drawers and a beautiful view of the lake
• second closed bedroom with two hotel single beds that can be separated, a wardrobe
• the first large bathroom with a shower, two sinks and a toilet

• third closed bedroom with two hotel single beds that can be separated, wardrobe, TV and exit to the covered terrace
• a second bathroom with a shower, two sinks, a dry sauna for 5 people and a separate toilet

• utility room with washing machine
