House OMG House 4

OMG House 4 is one of four newly built houses in Kościelisko.

The design was inspired by modest shepherd huts in a mountain hall.
And so we see them, approaching the settlement - but suddenly they present us with their second face - spectacular opening to the mountains through huge glazing. The views are breathtaking - OMG!
This clash of tradition and modernity is continued in the unique style of home arrangement. Natural materials, modern design and luxurious details were used. The interiors are spacious, yet cozy, bright and comfortable.

Location - Kościelisko - Staszelówka, about 7 km from Zakopane.
The houses are located on the slope of Butorowy Wierch, on the southern, sunlit slope, with a panoramic view of the Tatra Mountains with Giewont.
The warm atmosphere of the house is provided by a unique fireplace (wood included in the price).

The location of the house is a great starting point for hiking and skiing enthusiasts. A few minutes by car takes us to the Kościeliska and Chochołowska Valleys, as well as to the Witów-Ski ski resort in Witów.
Chochołowskie Baths are also on the way.
It is not far from the house - about 8 minutes by car - to the open-air swimming pool and chairlift on Szymoszkowa Glade.

The house is designed for a maximum of 9 people and consists of:

ground floor

• a glazed and spacious living room with a sofa, armchairs, TV and a fireplace , and  a terrace
• kitchenette fully equipped with oven and dishwasher
• dining area with table and chairs
• an additional toilet with a sink
• a closed bedroom with a double bed  and a bathroom with shower and toilet

level -1:

• II closed bedroom with a double bed and a convertible single sofa bed + II bathroom with bathtub and toilet
• III closed bedroom with a double bed and a convertible single sofa bed + III bathroom with shower and toilet
