  Słoneczna Villa House  is a new, luxurious, high-class house. It is one of the three houses In complex Tatrzańskie Wille built using the traditional method of the Podhale region. The spaciousness, colors and quality of the materials used define its unique style. They will allow you to rest at home to feel the unique atmosphere of Podhale. There is also a fireplace in the apartment, which gives the interior a particularly warm atmosphere. During the stay - wood for the fireplace included in the price. It is situated at the foot of the Tatra Mountains, on the slopes of the Gubałówka Foothills, in the picturesque Kościelisko.

House has an outdoor, dry sauna with a panoramic view of the Tatra Mountains.

Located in a quiet, peaceful area near the trail to Gubałówka, it is a great starting point for hiking and skiing enthusiasts. Nearby, there are perfectly prepared cross-country trails with the possibility of renting equipment on the spot. A few minutes by car takes us to the Kościeliska and Chochołowska Valley, as well as to the Witów-Ski ski resort in Witów, with Chochołowskie thermal baths, and to the open-summer swimming pool and chairlift at Polana Szymoszkowa.

The house is designed for max. 8 people and consists of:

Ground floor:

open living room with a seating sofa and TV, fireplace and access to a spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the Tatra Mountains

a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and induction cooker and a large fridge , oven with a three-drawer freezer , Nespresso coffee machine with capsules (included)

compartment dining area: large table with carved highlander chairs

the first bathroom with shower and toilet, bidet, washing machine and dryer corridor with built-in wardrobes

Floor:

the first lockable bedroom with a double bed, chest of drawers and armchair

a second closed bedroom with two single beds with a chest of drawers

a third closed bedroom with two single beds with a chest of drawers

a second bathroom with shower and toilet

from the first floor we go out by stairs to an open mezzanine with:

two single beds

additional toilet with wash basin

On request, we provide a travel cot (playpen type) and a high chair.

The apartment has a free wireless Wi-Fi network.

There is a playground for children on the property: table, swings, house and slide.

Three parking spaces are located on the premises of the closed property.

We recommend snow chains for guests arriving in winter, which may facilitate access to the property.
