Villa Sywarne Prestige is a luxurious highlander style house designed and made for demanding Customers who value space, comfort, and the highest level of quality.

The house is located in the beautiful and peaceful Sywarne neighborhood of Kościelisko, with a magnificent view of the mountains.

The house has four bedrooms and four full bathrooms.

The house is intended for maximum 10 Guests, and consists of:

Ground Floor:

• open, spacious living room with a sofa, TV and a side terrace
• fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave oven and a dining area
• I lockable bedroom with double bed, TV, wardrobe and chest of drawers
• I bathroom with a shower
• entryway with a coat rack

Floor:

• II lockable bedroom with double bed, TV and a view of the Gubałówka slope and II bathroom with a shower
• III lockable bedroom with double bed and one single bed with a panoramic view of the Giewont, TV and III bathroom with a shower
• hallway with small fridge and a sink

Level -1 (can be treated as a separate, independent apartment):

• kitchenette with electric kettle, microwave oven, single-bowl sin and dining area
• IV lockable bedroom with double bed and one single bed, TV wardrobe and chest of drawers
• IV bathroom with shower

Guests have access to a grill and garden.

GRILLING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED ON THE TERRACES AND BALCONIES

The house is equipped with a travel cot (without bedding).

There is a wireless Wi-Fi network in the house.

Parking spaces are located in front of the entrance to the building.
